Ethics deals with what is right or wrong concerning human behavior and conduct. When referring to specific human actions as moral or ethical, I believe ethics can be changed. For instance, individuals have an option to make a decision or a choice related to their attitudes and/or behavior. In other words, the person can make a choice to do either right or wrong. Cameron (2006) expresses this point succinctly when he discusses changing ethics from the perspective of organizations. He argues that ethics are not at a fixed point.
