It may not seem fair that the person with the most money wins! When it comes to organ transplantation, it comes down to a mix of financial, social, emotional and spiritual integration. It isn’t a whole lot different from the person that was supposed to get on the flight but at the last second got stuck in a traffic jam and missed the plane, whereby his life was spared, from a plane crash. Or the real-life situation, where a top surgeon got on a urgent rescue flight to deliver and perform the surgery for organ transplantation and the helicopter crashed, where not only did the pilot, top surgeon and patient die but the process became a disaster for many people.
