The proposed LFSP is designed to be a tailored community program with two goals: to improve job prosperity by encouraging tourism activity in Bombala; and to develop individual employment skills of youth. Strengthening work prospects lends to a number of positive impacts on overall community health and well-being. Improved lifestyle, quality of life and subsequent mental health standards is a notable positive impact, achieved through increased social networking and reductions in perceived isolation with farm-stay visits; and a heightened sense of purpose, belonging and community pride through increased community engagement. Economic prosperity through job development will also help secure current and future community employment needs (Wang and Pfister, 2008).
